Raisin Hell Ranch on Road 32 in Madera is a nighttime Halloween attraction built around a haunted cornfield trail, with a midway, food trucks and a bar. It is open select nights from Friday, October 9 through Sunday, November 1.
Is this for young children?
The main haunts are meant to be scary, with chainsaws, a blackout maze and roaming monsters. On Saturday, October 31 the Monster Mash party adds pumpkins and trick-or-treating for little ones, with $5 admission for anyone not entering the haunt.
What nights and hours?
Gates open at 7 PM and close at 10 PM. It runs Friday through Sunday from October 9, adds Thursdays from October 15, and also opens Wednesdays October 21 and 28. Once inside with a ticket, the attractions run until every guest has gone through.
Should we buy tickets ahead?
Yes. Only pre-purchased tickets are guaranteed entry, and each time slot is limited. If it truly rains the ranch closes and honors tickets on another night; light sprinkles do not close it.
