Von Bergen's Country Market on Route 173 in Hebron has grown produce for more than 40 years and opens April through November. Its 2026 Fall Pumpkin Fest began with a customer appreciation day on Saturday, September 26 and runs through Saturday, October 31.
Do we need tickets for the Pumpkin Fest?
Yes. Everyone 3 and older needs a general admission ticket, which helps the family limit crowds. Tickets are non-refundable unless the farm cancels for weather.
What are the market hours?
Monday through Friday 9 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday and Sunday 9 AM to 4 PM. Call (815) 648-2332 to check on weather closures, since the festival is held outdoors.
Can we bring the dog?
No. Because of the farm's insurance policy, pets are not allowed, apart from service animals. Cash and cards are accepted at most spots, with a $5 minimum on cards.
