Rochester Cider Mill on North Rochester Road has been run by the Barkham family since 1981. It presses its own unpasteurized cider and is open daily from 9 AM to 6 PM, from Labor Day weekend through December 31, 2026.
What is there for kids?
A petting farm with lambs, piglets, chickens and a turkey, plus a giant straw pyramid to climb. These activities are free and usually run through early November, weather permitting.
What can we buy?
Sweet apple cider, specialty ciders made with fruits like cherries, pears and cranberries, donuts made daily, caramel apples and pies. The shop also carries apples, honey, maple syrup and popping corn, with pumpkins, gourds and mums in the fall.
