Wilson Barn

The Wilson Barn at West Chicago and Middlebelt in Livonia is a historic barn kept up by volunteers, and every October it holds a Pumpkin Fest. In 2026 the fest runs Saturdays and Sundays from October 3 through October 25, 11 AM to 6 PM.

What happens at Pumpkin Fest?

Wagon rides run from 11:30 AM to 5:30 PM, a bounce house from noon to 6 PM, and the petting zoo and pony rides from 2 to 5 PM each fest day. There is live music, cider and donuts all day, and pumpkins, straw bales and corn stalks for sale.

Is the haunted barn too scary for little ones?

The haunted barn opens only on the last three weekends, October 10 through 25, from noon to 6 PM. Since it is a separate part of the day, families with small children can simply skip it and still enjoy the rest.

Anything else to know?

All events at the barn are smoke and alcohol free. Members get Pumpkin Fest specials, and for questions you can call (734) 427-4311.
