About Smith's Orchard Cider Mill
Smith's Orchard Cider Mill is a small family farm on Mapleton Road in Pendleton, near Lockport. It opened for the 2026 season on Saturday, September 12, for simple, no-frills apple picking.
When can we pick apples?
Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 9 AM to 5 PM. Pickers need to be out of the orchard by 4:30 PM so everyone can check out before closing.
What else is there?
Cider flows from the farm's 100-year-old press, and it is used for the cider slushies and cider donuts. You can also take home fresh pressed cider.
