Hartford Orchards on State Route 305 in Hartford is a family apple orchard in its ninth season, with a corn maze cut over more than 6 acres. Its 2026 u-pick apples and pumpkins run on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays through November 1.
What are the u-pick hours?
Fridays and Saturdays 10 AM to 6 PM and Sundays 11 AM to 5 PM. The market is open Tuesday through Saturday 10 AM to 5 PM and Sunday 11 AM to 5 PM, and is closed Mondays.
How does u-pick work and what does it cost?
Buy a picking bag at the market or the donut shed outside, then wait out front for the wagon to take your group to the orchard or the pumpkin patch. A peck bag is $20 for up to 4 people and a half-bushel bag is $35 for up to 8.
