About Northern Star Farm

Northern Star Farm is a preserved farm in the middle of Trappe that has been in the Wismer family since 1927. Its 2026 Fall Fest runs weekends from September 12 through November 1, 10 AM to 5 PM, with last admission at 4 PM.

How much is admission?

$13 a person in September and $15 in October, for everyone 24 months and older. It covers a hayride to the pumpkin patch, the 7-acre corn maze, the barnyard animals, the farm arcade, the museums and backyard games. Pumpkins are sold separately.

What costs extra?

Pony rides are $10 and riders must be at least 3. The Little Farmer play barn is $5, pumpkin painting is $8, and the apple slingshot, air cannon and paintball are priced by the shot.

Can we bring a stroller or the dog?

Strollers are not allowed in the corn maze, and only service dogs are allowed at Fall Fest. Cards are accepted with a 4% fee, and nothing at the fest is haunted.

Is there an evening maze?

Yes. Flashlight nights run every Saturday in October in the 7-acre maze, with a campfire pit. It is $18 a person for ages 2 and up, admission ends at 8 PM, and you need to bring your own flashlight.
