About Abel's Apple Acres
Abel's Apple Acres is an Apple Hill farm on Carson Road in Placerville. It opens Labor Day weekend each year and stays open until Christmas Eve, so it is a long-season stop for apples and pumpkins.
What are the daily hours?
Every day from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Christmas Eve is shorter, 9 AM to 3 PM.
Is there something for kids beyond the market?
Yes. A mining adventure area and a life-size maze are open from 11 AM to 4 PM on weekends and holidays only, so plan a weekend visit if those are the draw.
