Rinkel Pumpkin Farm

Rinkel Pumpkin Farm on Old Troy Road in Glen Carbon is a family pumpkin farm on four acres in the Metro East. Its 2026 pumpkin season opened on Saturday, September 12.

When is it open?

Fridays 3 to 6 PM, and Saturdays and Sundays 10 AM to 5 PM, weather permitting. The farm posts closures on its Facebook page.

How much does it cost?

Admission is $8 a person, $5 for those 65 and over, and free for ages 3 and under. Everyone who comes through the gate pays admission, even just for pumpkins. A $25 season pass covers every open day.

What do the kids get to do?

A corn maze, corn pit, straw maze, u-pick patch, petting zoo, duck races, a slide tower and a tractor slide. The barrel train is $2 a ride. Pumpkins run $1 to $40, and an average carving pumpkin is $5 to $8.

Can we bring a stroller?

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own wagon or stroller. The farm's pumpkin wagons are not made for carrying children, and the patch path is uneven.
