Scheeringa Farms on North Cline Avenue in Highland is a family farm, greenhouse and produce stand that has served the area for more than 50 years. Its fall fun runs from the third Saturday in September, September 19 in 2026, through October 31.
When is it open?
Monday through Friday 9 AM to 6 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 5 PM. It is closed on Sundays, so fall festivities run Monday through Saturday.
How much are wristbands?
Weekday wristbands are $9 for kids 2 to 17 and $4 for adults. Saturday wristbands are $13 for kids and $6 for adults. Everyone entering the barn needs one, and the petting zoo is included only with a paid wristband in the fall.
Are hayrides every day?
No. Hayrides and barrel train rides are included on Saturdays only. Hot dogs, burgers and snacks are also sold only on Saturdays, but homemade apple cider donuts and hot cider are part of the fall season.
Can we bring our dog?
No. The farm does not allow personal pets. Some areas, including the fields and petting zoo, are on mulch and grass, which can be harder going with a stroller.
