Farms View, also known as Farmview Stand, is the Kuehm family's farm and market on Black Oak Ridge Road in Wayne, run by five generations since 1894. Its pumpkin picking and hayride package runs from September 26 through October 31.
How does the pumpkin hayride work?
A hayride takes you out to the pumpkin field, and each person picks one pumpkin, with a refreshment included. It costs $13 a person Monday through Friday, and $15 on weekends and holidays. Tickets are sold in person or online.
When do the hayrides run?
On Saturdays from 9 AM to 5 PM and Sundays 9 AM to 4 PM they run continually. On weekdays they leave at 4, 4:30 and 5 PM, and on Columbus Day, October 12, they run from 10 AM to 5 PM.
Can we just buy pumpkins without the ride?
Yes. The farm market has plenty of pumpkins for sale, along with fresh pressed apple cider. Fall market hours are Monday through Saturday 9 AM to 6 PM and Sunday 9 AM to 5 PM.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not permitted. Later in the year the farm sells real Christmas trees, with fresh cuts and netting provided free.
